BIO

I am a photographer living in Ithaca, NY where I was born and raised. My interest in the arts led me to study for a semester as a design and art major at Fashion Institute of Technology. My focus evolved to studying business and economics at Cornell with a concentration in biology, science writing and bio ethics. Then on to SUNY Binghamton for a degree in nursing science.

Photography is one way I express my art and my favorite thing about it is it's capacity for creative expression. The options and methods seem boundless.

I avidly hike our beautiful gorges and trails and when able spend time in the Adirondacks as an aspiring 46er. In this region of the Finger Lakes we are fortunate to be richly endowed with beautiful natural areas, many of them preserved by Cornell Botanic Gardens and the Finger Lakes Land Trust.
